This Shipping Policy explains how physical products purchased directly through Numeralytics are processed and delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time may vary depending on the product ordered. Standard merchandise and personalized products may require different preparation times.
Any estimated processing or delivery information shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order confirmation should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
PERSONALIZED COSMIC CUB ORDERS
Cosmic Cubs are custom-created using the recipient information submitted with the order.
Because each Cosmic Cub is personalized, additional production time may be required before the item is ready to ship.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, birth information, spelling, and customization details before completing the order.
Once production has begun, changes to personalized information may not be possible.
CODEX CARDS
Codex Cards purchased directly through Numeralytics are processed for shipment after the order has been confirmed.
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are shown during checkout.
REFLECTION JOURNALS PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON
Numeralytics Reflection Journals purchased through Amazon are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.
Shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping-related customer service for those orders are governed by Amazon’s applicable fulfillment and shipping policies.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping rates may vary based on the destination, product type, package size, shipping method, or other fulfillment factors.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

- Selected shipping method

- Weather conditions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
TRACKING

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has left our control.
If tracking shows that a package is delayed or missing, customers should first review the tracking information provided by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an order purchased directly from Numeralytics arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging when applicable
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping availability is determined by the options available during checkout.
If a destination cannot be selected or accepted during checkout, shipping to that location is currently unavailable.
