Numeralytics provides Astro-Numerology consultations, educational resources, timing guidance, personalized interpretations, memberships, physical products, and related spiritual and self-development services.

BOOKINGS AND CONSULTATIONS
Appointments are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate service, providing requested information, and attending their scheduled session.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show conditions associated with a booking are disclosed during the booking process and form part of these Terms.
Numeralytics reserves the right to reschedule a session when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an alternative time.
MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain Numeralytics features are available through recurring memberships or subscriptions.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the stated membership fee according to the billing schedule shown at checkout until the membership is canceled.
Membership benefits, pricing, and available features may change over time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a retroactive refund for membership periods already purchased or used unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated.
Membership accounts and access credentials are intended for the registered member and should not be shared without authorization.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Numeralytics reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, product unavailability, misuse of promotional offers, or other legitimate business reasons.
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, are displayed during checkout.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Cosmic Cubs and other customized Numeralytics products are produced from information submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying names, birth information, spelling, and customization details before placing an order.
Once production of a personalized item has begun, changes may not be possible.
Because customized products are created specifically for the purchaser or recipient, return and exchange restrictions may apply. Please review the Refund & Returns Policy before ordering.
SHIPPING
Physical products purchased directly from Numeralytics are shipped according to the terms described in the Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Numeralytics is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control, although we will assist customers with legitimate shipping concerns when possible.
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon may be subject to that marketplace’s shipping, return, and customer-service policies.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Eligibility for refunds, returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and personalized-product issues is governed by the Numeralytics Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes, journal-owner benefits, Codex Card owner benefits, promotional offers, and similar incentives may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, product restrictions, or proof-of-purchase requirements.
Promotions have no cash value unless explicitly stated and may not be combined unless the offer specifically allows it.
Numeralytics reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotional use involving fraud, duplication, manipulation, or misuse.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Numeralytics and its original systems, terminology, frameworks, written materials, graphics, tools, designs, readings, educational materials, product concepts, and other original content are protected intellectual property.
This includes, where applicable, Numeralytics frameworks and materials associated with systems such as PANES, the Personal Solar System, WAMI, PEF, UP Cycle, the Numeralytics Codex, and related proprietary teachings.
Purchasing a product, membership, reading, or resource does not transfer ownership of Numeralytics intellectual property.
Unless written permission has been granted, you may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, teach, license, modify, commercially exploit, or represent Numeralytics proprietary material as your own.
Personal use of materials received through a purchased service or membership is permitted.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND MEMBER MATERIALS
Digital resources, worksheets, member tools, reports, downloads, and other protected materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Account sharing, unauthorized distribution, copying, resale, republication, or mass distribution is prohibited.
